Hurricane Florence scatters East Coast-based cruise ships

A growing Hurricane Florence is forcing cruise ships based up and down the East Coast to alter itineraries. The storm has affected ships operated by Carnival Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean.
